Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that will enable us to complete the order.

We accept Visa,  Mastercard, Maestro & Switch

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery & Tax
All prices include Delivery & VAT 
All Stock Items will be sent out over night (Monday - Friday) so you should receive your order within 24 hours.
Fireplaces due to there delicate nature are sent via special transport, the fireplace dispatch centre will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date (Usually Delivered within 21 days)
GasFire.co.uk Ltd will only deliver to mainland England, Scotland & Wales. Collecting from depot is not an option.

GasFire.co.uk Ltd will endeavour to deliver non stock orders within 7-10 working days although gasfire.co.uk ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods and time is not of essence in the contract.

Price Match Promise
We will only Match Prices for products which are NEW, have the same Model Number and are from an authorised Valor Stockist. Products which are used or ex-display will not be regarded. The price of the fire must include VAT and Delivery. Our price match promise is in place for us to never be knowingly undersold on price. A Current link or web address of where you found the product will be required for verification. Please note that price matching can only be done on day of purchase in a single transaction.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

It is good practice to phone prior to ordering to check stock

Credit Card Security
When an order is placed on our website you enter your card details directly into a secure HSBC PSP site. We have no contact with them.  However when an order is taken over the phone credit card numbers are encrypted.

Your right to cancel
You may cancel you contract up to seven working days from receipt of goods. Your method for of payment will be credited within 30 days (less costs).

Gasfire.co.uk Ltd reserves the right to refuse an exchange or a refund, with or with out proof of purchase

Cancellation of contract
You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered have been installed or the product has been damaged through accident, neglect, misuse, unauthorised alteration or attempted repair.

Cancellation in writing
To cancel your contract you must contact us in writing sent recorded delivery to our address or By E-mail with delivery receipt. It is good practice to phone us 30 minutes after sending your e-mail (if you have not had a reply from us) incase we have not received the e-mail.

Please make sure you put something in the “Subject Box” such as “Gas Fire Return” if Subject box reads nothing or “Hello, Hi… Etc” it will not pass our spam Filters.

We will arrange Collection from you on an agreed day (not Weekends nor Bank Holidays) there is a £50.00 charge

If you choose to arrange your own carrier’s service to return the goods, we strongly recommend that you insure it to the purchase value or you may find your-self liable if lost or damaged. Please contact us for a returns depot address.

You can not return goods to our Dalton House address, as this is an operations centre not a depot. If goods are sent to Dalton House they will be refused.

Privacy Policy
GasFire.co.uk do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Gasfire.co.uk Ltd cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. Natural products may show some colour variations. All sizes quoted are approximate

All products purchased from GasFire.co.uk Ltd come with a manufactures guarantee. Any claims brought by you under this guarantee is to be made direct to the manufacturer and not to GasFire.co.uk Ltd. Gasfire.co.uk Ltd accepts no liability under the manufactures guarantee and gives no warranty in this respect.

GasFire.co.uk Ltd will only deliver to mainland England, Scotland & Wales.

Scottish Services
The before 12.00pm service is available in the following postcode areas; DD6, KA6, KA18, KA19, KA26, KA29, KA30, KY9, KY10, KY14-16, ML12, PH3-17, TD10-15.
The following postcodes can only be offered a next day service which is still Free; AB10-25 Postcode areas.
A Two day service is available in AB31, AB33-38, AB44-56 & IV30-32 area Postcodes only but still qualifies for Free delivery

The Scottish Highlands and Islands DO NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE DELIVERY

Scottish Highlands includes postcodes; FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50.

Scottish Islands includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3. A Charge of £20.00 is applicable to Scottish Highlands and Islands

Collecting from our depot is not an option.
