a new fire only to discover that it’s not actually suitable
for your home. So to help you understand what fires are suitable
for your home we have prepared a key below to classify your
chimney. Then, when looking through the product pages on this
site you will see the same images used to indicate the chimney
types each fire is suitable for. |

Class 1 (Brick Built Chimney)
The classic brick built chimney is suitable for all fires
and stoves on this website. As these chimneys are deep you
can choose a full depth fire through to the shallower slimline
products.

Class 2 Pre-fabricated Flues
are suitable for most fires and gas stoves Prefabricted
chimneys offer a good depth so you can also choose from
the majority of full depth fires and all slimline fires.

Class 2 Pre-cast Flues
are found in most modern homes and suitable for a wide range
of slimline fires and electric fires.

|
No Chimney, No Flue
Our range of gas (Balanced Flue & Power Flue) and Electric
fires can be fitted in most homes, even if you don't have
a chimney or flue.

Fireslide
Usually located on the top right of the appliance. With
a slide control you are able to light, control heat settings
and turn off with out kneeling down

Remote Controlled
Fires that have this symbol have or have the option of Remote
Control. A remove adds a certain style to lighting your
Fire

Top Control
The Wonderfire Airflame range of fires also have a top control
option. Using the two buttons on the top right hand side,
turn the fire up/down from a permanent pilot. This type
of control is ideal for those want to control their fire
without having to kneel/bend down to hearth level. Battery
operated! (NO Mains Power Required)
