Do you have a showroom?
Gasfire.co.uk is solely web based and we do not have a showroom. Our 'online showroom' keeps our overheads low so that we can pass the savings on to our customers
When will my fire be delivered?
All Stock Items will be sent out over night (Monday - Friday) so you should receive your order within 24 hours.
If However your fire is not instock it will arrive within 7-10 days at our depot and be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
Fireplaces due to there delicate nature are sent via special transport. Our Depot will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date (Usually Delivered within 21 days)
GasFire.co.uk Ltd will only deliver to mainland England, Scotland & Wales. Collecting from our depot is not an option.
GasFire.co.uk Ltd will endeavour to deliver non stock orders within 7-10 working days although gasfire.co.uk ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods and time is not of essence in the contract.

Is my fire in stock?
Most of our fires are carried in stock. To be sure you can always Ask for a Physical stock check to be carried out. call our sales line on 0844 247 5000 and they will be happy to assist you.
Are your fires brand new Appliances?
All The Products that we sell on our site are brand new, straight from the manufacturer. With a 12 month Manufacturers Warranty.
Why are your prices so competitive?
Our prices are competitive for a number of reasons. We only have warehouses and a call centre. No showroom. We buy in large quantities, these factors help to keep our costs down. Rather than pocket the profit we pass the saving on to our customers.
What sort of Guarantee do i get with my Fire?
All products purchased from GasFire.co.uk Ltd come with a manufactures guarantee. Any claims brought by you under this guarantee is to be made direct to the manufacturer and not to GasFire.co.uk Ltd. Gasfire.co.uk Ltd accepts no liability under the manufactures guarantee and gives no warranty in this respect.
What is your returns policy?
You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered have been installed or the product has been damaged through accident, neglect, misuse, unauthorised alteration or attempted repair.
Cancellation in writing
To cancel your contract you must contact us in writing sent recorded delivery to our address or By E-mail with delivery receipt. It is good practice to phone us 30 minutes after sending your e-mail (if you have not had a reply from us) incase we have not received the e-mail.
Please make sure you put something in the “Subject Box” such as “Gas Fire Return” if Subject box reads nothing or “Hello, Hi… Etc” it will not pass our spam Filters.
We will arrange Collection from you on an agreed day (not Weekends nor Bank Holidays)there is a £50.00 charge.
If you choose to arrange your own carrier’s service to return the goods, we strongly recommend that you insure it to the purchase value or you may find your-self liable if lost or damaged. Please contact us for a returns depot address.
You can not return goods to Dalton House, as this is an operations centre not a depot. If goods are sent to Dalton House they will be refused.
Do you offer trade discounts?
As our prices are already heavily discounted we do not offer trade discounts. You will find that our prices are still competitive against a 'trade price'. And we offer a next day delivery service if ordered before 3pm.
What if my Fire arrives damaged?
Regarding delivery, when goods are delivered, if the packaging is: Scratched, Marked, Dented, Broken or damaged in anyway, please sign for "received Damaged". If the unit is obviously broken, please refuse delivery and inform the sales team as soon as possible.
ANY DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITH IN 72 HOURS
Note: Please make a note of the fires serial number at the time of installation (Usually Located by the manual control)!
What is Mastercard Secure code & Verified By Visa?
Gasfire.co.uk is now participating in Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for added online payment security. These services are offered by Visa and MasterCard, in association with the bank that has issued your credit / debit card. It is aimed at protecting your details when shopping online by ensuring your card is not being used by someone else and is becoming a standard across all shopping websites.
If the credit / debit card you are using to pay for your order qualifies for one of these services (not all cards do), you will be taken to a page hosted by your card issuer. This is a completely secure process. The information you provide is completely private, will only be visible to you and your card issuer, and would never be shared with other parties.
If you haven’t registered before and your card qualifies, you will need to follow the on-screen instructions to register securely and create a password for your card. This is not the same as the PIN number you use for your regular shopping. It’s an online shopping code that you’ll be able to use to identify yourself and your card when shopping online on Homebase.co.uk or any other participating websites. It’s basically the online equivalent of chip & pin which is used on the high-street. Once registered, you will be taken back to Gasfire.co.uk to complete your order. If you’re unsure about this new service, you may be able to complete your order without registering but we recommend that you contact your card issuer to find out more about the service, as they will eventually require you to register to continue shopping online.
If you have already registered, you will be required to use your password on future online transactions.
